Anderol® lubricants are sold from the HQ in Venlo Netherlands to more than 50 countries worldwide and are manufactured in Europe (North America (USA) and Asia (China). With over 80 years’ experience Anderol® has a global reputation for superior performance, consistently high quality, excellent technical expertise and flexibility, which in turn creates unique customer loyalty. To further provide, coordinate and execute the Anderol® brand, we are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager.
Job highlights
- As a Marketing and Communication Manager you will be a member of the Management Team and a sparring partner for sales and the Managing Director
- You will be responsible for the global marketing and communications tools, tactics and strategy of Anderol within the corporate guidelines
- You will work on continuous content creation such as campaigns, communications, newsletters, advertisements
- You will manage the relationship with all involved (internal) stakeholders and departments, internal as well as external (marketing) teams and other relevant partners such as publishers and agencies
- You will manage the Anderol online presence on the company website and social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
- You will communicate brand values and success stories through lubrication related media channels.
- You will be the point of contact for the IT website provider & work on new automation systems and methods (e.g. link between CRM – Anderol Website)
- You will further develop a joint marketing approach with distributors and managing the relationships with distributors and partners
Requirements
- Ability to produce creative ideas, with a digital mindset, to ameliorate the Anderol brand
- Self-starter and problem-solver
- Ability to multi-task, flexible attitude and ability to work with different (global) stakeholders and cultures
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent by experience
- Work experience in a marketing or communication function (preferable)
- Familiarity with the industry & target group (preferable)
- Strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful and a team player
- Commercially astute
- Fluency in English, both oral and written. Dutch and any other language is a Pre.
