For our location in Venlo, we are looking for a fulltime administrative employee who can support our warehouse on a daily operational basis.
What will you be doing as an Operational Administrative Support employee?
You will be working for our High Tech business unit. It's services are characterized by strict product security standards, as well as special requirements for internal communication and communication with the client.
Located in the warehouse, you have a very dynamic job with different difficulties to tackle each day. Together with your colleague you are responsible for providing your operation and customer with up-to-date and accurate order management details. You have close contact with the warehouse supervisors, warehouse employees on the floor and with the customer. Every day you face new challenges
Main tasks:
- Inventory of mutations of goods and checking stock accuracy in an automated SAP system;
- Taking care of accurate order management and order releases;
- Identifying structural problems, Initiate and implementing potential areas for improvement;
- After entering the order data in the system, finding out differences and making corrections;
- Preparation of standard reports for customers and our own organization about current stock level situation, quality and disapproval/loss levels etc.
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
You are analytical and not afraid to think outside the box. If something occurs you are willing to take that next step to improve the processes. Therefore you have good communicational skills and you are result oriented.
Hard skills we require:
- Experience with Excel (MS Office);
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not required;
- You are available fulltime, 40 hours a week, and flexible in your working hours;
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch is an advantage. The main language in the Warehouse is English.
