As A Service Delivery Officer, you are the point of contact for your customer in regards to service, transport and delivery. In this role it is key to build a relationship with the customer. Both the customer and Arvato are in a partnership together, good quality customer service is contributing to this. You support and challenge the account managers and operational departments within Arvato in order to give your customer the highest level of service. It is up to you to detect and escalate the gap between the service level agreement with the client, and the actual execution. Gaps between these two will come to your attention true phone, mail and face-to-face contact with your internal and external stakeholder’s; Client, Customer, Transport, Account management and Operational departments. Since service and quality is our most important goal, your role is crucial in achieving this and being successful.

To be successful as a service delivery officer we think you should get your energy from being in contact with different stakeholders and mediate between all their different interests. You are someone who is always investing in the relationships with all parties involved and who has an internal drive to work service minded and result oriented. You are monitoring different KPI’s, SLA’s and analyze, report and if necessary escalate any kind of shortcomings in the current processes. Therefor you should be able to work under pressure, be assertive, take initiative and analyze data.
Skills we are looking for in your resume
• A relevant education at MBO/HBO Level;
• Experience in customer service;
• Knowledge and experience within logistics;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and preferably Dutch.
