As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for responding to internal and external requests to identify process improvements and facilitate solutions for our multi-client site in Venlo. In this position you will report to the Business Unit Manager.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Convert business process requirements into solutions within the Flex applications;
• Application configuration, writing of specifications and testing of implementations/solutions/changes;
• Coordinate implementations and inform the organization on status of the activities;
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing applications, processes;
• Gather intelligence from Logistics team about needs on supply chain visibility;
• Assume responsibility for projects (tasks) and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
• Initiate and lead Kaizen, SGA and improvement activities.
• Overview end to end business processes

What you’ll need to have to be successful and happy in this role:

• A bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration or a related field or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in a logistics service environment;
• Ability to translate business process requirements into functional spec.
• Continuous improvement mindset (preferably a Green Belt);
• Project lead skills;
• Cooperative mindset, analytical and communication skilled in English and Dutch;
• Experience in Business Intelligence is a pre
