For Kekkilä-BVB we are looking for a manager customer service B2B. If you are a natural leader, who knows how to stimulate and inspire team members to serve customers the best way possible every day, this is the position for you!

You serve the customers, together with your team of 8 people who work at 2 different locations. As a manager customer service, you have a high priority on the quality, level of professionalism and the customer service, you also want the customers to experience this. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of our customer service desk.

You own coaching skills and you are able to inspire your team, so they are able to work effectively and efficiently to serve customers. You can monitor and initiate improved business processes that help to improve both results and customer satisfaction. As a hands-on leader you are not a shy to give a helping hand and you always keep your head high during the high season.

Key responsibilities

  • To schedule, coordinate, delegate and review the daily work of the customer service team in terms of maintaining and developing customer relationships.
  • Providing co-operation, unity and efficiency between the customer service teams: Gardening Germany, Gardening NL and Veenbaas.
  • Service to ensure that all procedures and systems are in line with each other.
  • Intensive collaboration with sales, portfolio management, logistics and (external) production locations
  • Make appointments with key accounts at customer service level
  • Monitor master data quality and provide reports
  • First point of contact for HR related issues for the team

Main skills needed in the position

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • Several years of relevant leadership experience within a client-focused contact organization
  • Command of Dutch, English and German language skills
  • A real People manager with coaching skills
  • Team player with an instinct for empathy
  • You are a well-balanced person, customer-focused with a hands-on mentality.
  • Commercial and service-minded
  • Flexible, stress-resistant and organizationally strong
  • You are assertive and able to communicate clearly
