Your role as a Sales Representative
Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences.
Outbound calling to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales
Proactive sale of our products and services as well as implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the marketing department, achievement of sales goals
Contact person for our customers in the region BNLX (Netherlands, Belgium) via phone, email and chat
Analysis of purchasing behavior (e.B. sales/margin, potential) and setting measures
Processing orders and product inquiries and updating customer data
Creation of customer-specific offers
Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional customer service
What do you need to be succesful in this role
Relevant professional experience in telephone sales
Negotiating skills and impeccable linguistic and written expressiveness
Excellent Dutch language skills are required. In addition Englishis also required for communication throughout the organisation
Dealing with customers and high service and sales orientation
Completed commercial training
Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
