About the job

Shop Apotheke Europe is one of the fastest growing companies in the Venlo region. Let's grow together! We are looking for empathetic and responsible team players to join our finance team. Grow with us and bring your passion for data analysis and evaluation and your attention to detail directly into practice as: Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for processing incoming invoices (e.g. scanning, assigning and booking accounts).
  • You are also responsible for processing reminders.
  • You will provide reconciliation and clarification of accounts.
  • You support the work around monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • You are the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors regarding invoices, balance confirmations, advice on due payments and payment reminders.
  • You are responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Accounts Payable process: adding new bank details of vendors and reviewing and updating supplier ledger account
  • You provide assistance during accountancy audits.
  • You are responsible for the correct execution of outgoing payments towards suppliers and vendors.

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a financial administration course and already have some experience in accounting
  • You are punctual and precise, in other words, accurate and attentive do detail.
  • You have affinity with automation systems and Microsoft office
  • You have good language and communication skills in German and English both verbally and written
  • You are a team player, work with a focus on results and like to take responsibility for change

For this position an EU working permit is required.
