What are you going to do?
Do you want to contribute to a great product? Do you enjoy working in 3 shifts? Are you ultimately looking for permanent job? Then we have the perfect position!
As an Insulation employee you are part of an important process in the factory: together with your team you ensure that the glass products are properly insulated. You do this by moving the glass products in the factory, setting up machines and bending glass products! As an isolation employee you start at level 1 and you grow to level 3.
You receive a short training per level. A conversation follows every six weeks to discuss whether you can grow to the next level.
At level 1 you are busy setting up glass plates on the machines. You can do this on your own or together with a colleague with the help of a piston. The glass plates can be heavy so it is important that you can handle this physically!
On level 2 you are, in addition to setting up glass plates, also busy bending and pasting the glass plates. For this you set the machines and check whether the bending and pasting went well.
At level 3 you manage both tasks completely independently.As a production employee, are you at level 3 and have you not yet finished learning? Then you can progress to the position of Operator at Scheuten Glas!Who are you?
Functie-eisen
First of all, we expect you to be enthusiastic about working at Scheuten Glas! It is important that you can work well together and that you treat colleagues with respect!
Languages: You speak Dutch or English in consultation;
- Times: You are available full-time (38 hours) in a three-shift service;
Physical: You are physically fit; the glass plates can weigh up to 20kilo (you do need help from a tap)
