Do you have some years of customer service experience? Do you enjoy being in contact with the customers? Are you looking for a position where you can deepen and broaden your skills? Then look no further!


In the position of Coordinator Spare Parts you will be using the skillset you have developed over the years. You will be responsible for correct and timely delivery of spare parts worldwide which include managing the logistical processes. Your asks include:

• Responsible for managing the spare parts and project orders


• Direct customer interaction from order placement through product installation, including post-order problem resolution. Including (international) visits.


• Provide customer with information, such as pricing, part availability, tracking information and/or general information about their orders.


• Manage logistics process from order to delivery.


• Supporting the Sales and Operations teams and customer base as business needs arise. Including taking the lead in making appropriate sales attempts at current customers.


• Creation and execution of recommended spares lists.


• Collaborate with multiple internal departments such as Purchasing and Account Management


• Provide quotations for spare parts requirements.


• Organizing project launch meetings with the connected departments and

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferable related to Logistics, Commerce Business Administration


• 1+ years of experience in an ordermanagement position, such as customer service, demand planning and sales support.


• Problem solving capability


• Experience working with ERP systems


• Fluency in English and Dutch, both in speech and writing
