As of immediately, we are looking for part-time (32hrs/wk) or fulltime (40hrs/wk) Customer Service Representatives for our client in Venlo! It is a 32 to 40 hour job.


As a Customer Sales Representative A.K.A. CSR, you are responsible for all forms of communication with your assigned client group. Your main focus is to make sure customers are satisfied and happy. You communicate with your clients through phone and mail. Another task is to verify whether all processes are going according to plan via SAP. It's your goal to establish a good relationship with your clients, the customers, for example by handling their claims and returns correctly.


You will obtain a temporary contract via Unique, with a high possibility of extension or even a long-term contract.

Functie-eisen

You are enthusiastic and enjoy thorough communication with clients through phone and email. You want to assist and help clients in the best possible way.

Experience works in your favour, but is not a requirement.

You require excellent (near native or native) communication skills in the English language and preferably an additional foreign (non-Dutch) language.

Wat wij bieden

We offer you a part-time (32hrs/wk) to fulltime (40hrs/wk) position in which you can kickstart your international career in a fast growing organisation!

Your starting salary will be around €1.800 gross per month, based on a fulltime contract (40hrs/wk). If preferred, you will be able to work 32 hours per week instead of 40.

Travel costs by public transportation will be fully covered. Travel costs by car will be covered up to 60 kilometers per trip.

You will obtain a temporary contract via Unique, with a high possibility of extension or even a long-term contract.
